About Tuscany Suites Las Vegas
Tuscany Suites Location: 255 E Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89169
Situated on 27 acres of tropical palm trees, this festive Mediterranean hotel invokes visions of a charming medieval Italian hill town. The terra cotta tiled roofs and open ambiance distinguish the Tuscany Suites Las Vegas from ultra modern hotels on The Strip. However, you can enjoy the romantic old world architectural design and beautifully landscaped passage ways in a location that is less than a mile from the Las Vegas Strip. The Tuscany Suites Las Vegas allows you to experience the best of both worlds. (Tuscany pool photo by Roy Rendahl.)
The lobby of the Tuscany Suites is decorated with hardwood and a cozy fireplace. It separates the Casino from the rest of the Hotel. Unlike most other Las Vegas hotels, you need not walk through the Tuscany Suites Casino to get to the lobby or your room at the Tuscany Suites Hotel.
Rooms at Tuscany Suites
At 650 square feet, the European style suites at Tuscany Suites Las Vegas are considerably larger than the average rooms at most Las Vegas hotels.
Free wireless Internet access is available in many of the public areas of the hotel.
Each guest will be responsible for the payment of room, tax, and incidentals. Tuscany requires first night room and tax deposit by major credit card at the time the reservation is made. The remaining room and tax will be due at check-in. Please note that a major credit card or cash deposit will be required to guarantee incidental charges.
Tuscany Suites Hotel Dining
Tuscany offers the Tuscany Gardens Italian Restaurant which opens at 5pm daily for diner. The new Pub 365 Restaurant and Bar is open daily for lunch, dinner, and late night. Getting Around The Strip
Tuscany Suites is less than a mile from The Strip. Taxi service is available just outside the front doors of Tuscany, and at all the other hotels too. But you can NOT usually flag down a taxi on the street in Las Vegas. Uber and Lyft are both opperating now in Vegas.
Walking in Las Vegas? You will need a few things to start off, Comfortable shoes, water, sunscreen and the ever faithful chapstick. Las Vegas is in the middle of a large desert, which equates to warm and dry, or cold and dry, or comfortable and dry! With that in mind it is easy to experience dehydration. So be aware, you should drink as much water as needed.
When walking around you might feel like walking the length of the strip. It’s enjoyable and there is plenty to see, what you have to realize is that those buildings on the end of Las Vegas Boulevard are huge, hence, they look real close. From the Stratosphere to Mandalay Bay is a little less than four miles, so if you’re thinking about setting up your workout regimen, you've picked a good vacation destination.
It would be a good idea to verify the following transportation times and information before making your plans.
If you would rather ride, the Las Vegas Monorail takes you 4 miles up and down The Strip in 15 minutes with trains every 4-8 minutes. There are Monorail stations at the new SLS (formerly Sahara), Westgate Las Vegas (formerly LVH and Las Vegas Hilton), Las Vegas Convention Center, Harrah’s and The LINQ, Flamingo and Caesars Palace, Bally’s and Paris Las Vegas, and MGM Grand. You can walk from Tuscany Suites to the Flamingo or Bally's Monorail stations at the back of the hotels. Monorail tickets may be purchased from their website, at station ticket vending machines (TVMs), or at station customer service offices. (Monorail photo provided by the Las Vegas Monorail.)
There is a free tram between Mirage and TI (Treasure Island).
There is a free tram between Bellagio, CityCenter, and Monte Carlo (but it does NOT stop at the Cosmopolitan).
There is a free tram between Excalibur, Luxor, and Mandalay Bay.
See more tram and monorail info at Vegas.com.
There are 24-hour buses on The Strip, including the 97 passenger Deuce Double Decker Buses adding a London touch to Vegas. You'll be able to look out the window and see the glorious landscape of the Las Vegas Strip instead of tourists in SUVs.
There are also double decker open top sightseeing tour busses giving day and night tours up and down The Strip, to several off Strip locations, and to downtown Las Vegas with live guides providing commentary along the way. After you buy your one-day, two-day, or night pass online or at any of their stops, you can just get on and off anytime at any of their regular stops. Please see their Big Bus Tours website for prices, routes, and schedule info.
And taxi service is always available just outside the front doors of Tuscany, and at all the hotels.
